HOW TO INSTALL IT ?

1. Upload the contents of the web folder to an FTP server.

2. Upload sqlite3.dll to any hosting service with a direct link to the file (e.g., GitHub).

3. Create a MySQL database.

4. Visit the address of your future admin panel; you will be redirected to the installer.

5. Enter the MySQL data, the address of your panel, the admin account login password, the name of the future folder to save Arkei reports, and a direct HTTP link (HTTPS is not supported) to sqlite3.dll.

6. Open Arkei Stealer.exe, enter the panel address, and click "create."
